All my thoughts. (A bit long?)

Imagine getting hit in your face, head, and kicked in your stomach all because you accidentally kicked someone. This is what I dealt with. You caused me to have a bruise on my thumb, you caused the panic attack, you caused me to be put back in that god awful place. Those memories, all flooding back to me. This is why I am like this. Because of you. You don't help. You want to help me? Then let me out.
