Hello, for the past week I've been working on a painting of some mountains reflected onto a lake with the moon above them. It was my last day today, and I had injured my tailbone and was on my period, so I was already tired, but I knew that I had to finish. I was on my last stroke with pitch-black paint and the canvas moved. Now there is a huge black line and smudge across my entire painting that I have spent a very long time on. I can't cover it up, because I mixed many colors and can't colormatch very well. I just went upstairs and screamed, and my mom yelled at me for screaming and sent me to my room without asking what was wrong. I don't know what to do, I tried my best to cover it up, but it still looks like crap.

I left a painting of land with mountains in the background that I painted on the outside table and my dog put a dirty paw print on it in the sky over the mountains, so I painted a large dark cloud over it with the tail of a tornado coming from it and it looks okay. I wonder if you can cover this black steak to look like a streak a lightening.
ReplyThank you so much! I'll keep this in mind, and that's a really cool idea! 😍
