Here I am with another sudden burst of energy and excitement when I'm trying to finish my homework. Having a lot of energy at random times might sound good to you, but it isn't. I have to run around and giggle like some 7-year-old on crack. I have to take quick short breaths and read everything out loud. I smile and laugh until my face and body hurt, and my parents just think it's some sort of mood swing or I'm just being silly.
Afterward, I feel sad and empty, and guilt arrives. These aren't some regular old teenage mood swings, these are weird. I can barely keep my hands still long enough to type all of this out. I'm writing at lightning speed. I'm giggling and going crazy inside, my brain racing.
This is one of the longest of these episodes I've ever had. 10 minutes. They usually last only 3-5 minutes.
If anyone knows what's wrong with me, please comment? Thanks.
