Well it says in the timed entry to express every thought and emotion on my mind. Current thoughts and emotions? Hm, I don't know if my mental illness allows for me to truly discuss what's deeper in my thoughts and on my mind hehe 😅 so we'll go with the surface. Let's talk about what I know for sure. My brain is not well, I am obsessive over a certain someone but would never talk to them or harm them in any way, I keep my distance, I'm bipolar at times, so sometimes I'm extremely happy and sometimes depressed as heck. Ummm let me think what else. I sleep too much, I have no motivation but not necessarily in a bad way, just I'm lazy lol that could be worked on. I'd like to lose some weight but it is harder the older I get 😮💨 two more minutes! Hm hm hm... What else is on my mind?.. I love my family and miss my friends. I always wonder what death is like but just on a deep level I'm not suicidal anymore I just get curious. Life can be amazing but sometimes I'm sad and feel hopeless. Too much of anything is bad for you so am I really emotionally getting healthier and better? OR am I still mentally ill as I have been in the past? Okay about 20 seconds or so... Eh, I'm done ._. thanks for listening or reading, whatever.
