When a team came for inspection.
They were giving many instructions regarding what I have to do and what not to do.
She said 'one day you can be the manager of this center or centre like this'
I accidentally said....no I don't want to be a manager actually I'm from IT field.
And I want to work in IT not in teaching field.
But what she understood by this point is that I'm not interested in this job.
Also she was giving many instructions. She asked why didn't you completed these things. I simply said " because we have no idea and it wasn't in my offer letter. "
So she said "You have to pick what's your work. No body is going to spoon feed you ". But it was about key roles. Not other work.
No one explained me my key roles. How could I know?
I only know one thing is that I have to only teach.
So she said to the manager next time hire trainers before knowing what they want .
Also she ordered manager to get a back ready for me.
So are they going to fire me?

PLEASE HELPPPP
So I am going to this new place. Whenever I think about going there, my stomach hurts so bad. I get panic attacks. And when I get there, I can't focus on anythi...
There's nothing wrong with saying no, they shouldn't take it personally that you prefer IT over managing. And most normal people don't see anything wrong with not wanting to be a manager.
The second part seemed quite vague on their part but a good starting point is to casually ask your manager "is there anything else I need to do moving forward? Are we good?", it might help to clear things up.
I'm not sure what to get a back means but hopefully it's nothing wrong.
Gl with everything, remember you're not in the wrong and the managers sound like dkheads
