Have you ever taken in consideration.. if you are living a healthy life style? If you are happy with yourself ? it is interesting how we often forget to take care of ourselfs because we are so into other things like school, work, etc. However, I have learn that not everything in life needs to be stress or depression since that will only lead to health problems and all the hard work dedicate into your daily goals will go to the trash, because you would not be completely happy emotionally and physically. So, I encourage you to stop!! do not pressure yourself too much, have your own time, exercise, go out and enjoy life. You only life once, just make it a good one. It is never to late to change, just be you because that is what makes your personality amazing and unique. Never let other individuals side track you and tell "you can't of your not worth it" cause you are capable of doing anything you want.Nothing is impossible (there is always a solution to something, except death).You are someone special and you have a purpose in this wolrd...make the difference.
