Whenever the school year starts, and especially in advanced course I am crushed by anxiety about needing to prove myself to my new teachers. To prove that I belong in the class. Not to brag, but I am in mostly advanced classes but can't help feeling like I'm not actually smart, I'm just pretending to be and one day they'll catch me and kick me out. I know I earned my way into these classes, and I manage to always have a B+ or higher, but I still feel this anxiety that I'm just an imposter, and that I need to work extra hard to prove that I belong In these classes.

Issues with my dad.

Everybody feels stressed out sometimes. As long as you know that you earned your way to that classes, it's okay. What you are feeling is normal and it just indicates you are human and you feel. You can spend sometime chilling out with your friends maybe, to ease those anxiety feels. But always work well and hard for those classes. Remember that you're great! Goodluck sweetie.
