I'm 17 years old girl. Last year, there's one day when I was about to go to sleep, I felt a sudden pain in my left chest. After few minutes, It getting worst and worst until the pain started to spread to my back bone. It felt like someone shoot me on my chest and then stab it with a knife. I didn't tell my parents just because I know they won't do anything. I knew exactly what the going to say. "If the pain still haven't gone in an hour, then we're going to the clinic" the common respond from them and I hate it so much. Obviously it will gone.
The pain rarely came back. From the first time I ever felt it, It actually attacked me for like 4-5 times till now. Whenever it attack me It always happened to be my bed time and when the pain is gone, It will completely gone which took about half an hours or more. Yet I never told anyone about this just because It rarely happen. Well when it happen, it actually torturing me.
Last week, my aunt(my mom cousin) passed away and it is because she has heart problem. I don't exactly know what it actually is. 2 days ago, when I about to sleep, the pain on my chest area came back and as usual, I tried my best to withstand the pain until it gone. I tried to sleep it away. When I woke up, the pain on my chest area is gone but the pain on the my back are still there until now. I'm really concern because today I started to feel tired really really really easily and my chest was pounding fast. I literally didn't do anything today yet I'm really tired. When my chest started to pounding fast, I feel really dizzy and nauseous. And also whenever I wanted to burp, my chest hurt really bad.
I wanted to tell my parents but I just knew that they're going to take it lightly. Anyone? can anyone help me and tell me what I might have from all the symptoms I describe? :"(

ReplyMmm I can't tell you whats going on but the best is tell your parents. Tell them you really need a check and tell them that just because the pain only comes for short seconds does not mean its not alarm bells. Because it might be. This might be the start of bigger issues. Tell them and beg them for a checkup. Try telling them its for your health and you feel like this could be something bigger. Don't just say its painful. Sit them down and talk to them seriously. It might be difficult but do it for health and your safety. It could be angina or something else. DO GET IT CHECKED OUT !! its a serious issue.
