Still angry
I guess my anger is derived from nothing, or maybe it's the fact that I'm not confrontational enough. Either way I feel stressed still, even though the reason I...

Ugh SOCIAL ANXIETY
Does anyone else work up the courage to have a phone conversation and it's got great momentum and friendly tones throughout and your anxiety suddenly flares up...
Well, I don't know what pills you are taking, so I am not sure what to tell you there. In my anxiety experience most of the pills I took just made me feel caged. But I can tell you that smoking made it much better for me. Now I am not promoting that you smoke, as it has a lot of risks involved with it. But washing your face twice a day on a daily basis helps. I catch myself doing similar things of just spacing out and scratching myself or whatever it may be. It takes a lot of training to realize your ticks and be able to stop yourself. Something that also helps is to just keep yourself occupied with literally anything so that you aren't hurting yourself. As for your self esteem, I get it. But remember that you are more than just a face. You are a person too, and you can show other people what it is you have to offer.
ReplyHonestly the pills they make me feel like idk like free I guess I don’t worry about anything so it’s like😅 idk they make me feel all fuzzy and good. It kinda sucks because I don’t wanna rely on them all the time you know? And well as for my face I know I’m more than that but I feel ugly you know..?
ReplyI know the feeling. But if you think about it like this, if you act just like a normal person and not say, an "ugly" person. You will feel less ugly and people will realize your effort and they will see you as just any other normal person. The way you act and think goes an extremely long way.
ReplyI got put on two different pills one makes me drowsy the other is for when I have an attack I am on hydroxyzine and clonazepam but everyone is different I recommend sitting down breath I have a app called 5 minute meditation and just breath and listen to her voice. I would also talk to your doctor and see if there is something else that can help or a different medication you can try.
