This featured podcast episode is brought to you by "The Grass Gets Greener". In this episode Melissa is joined by guest Tensie Taylor who is the author of Bullied From Terror to Triumph: My Survival Story. After surviving thirteen years of bullying, Tensie has become a strong, confident, and successful woman.

Physical, emotional, and verbal bullying throughout grade school led Tensie to become self-conscious about her appearance. Being timid to begin with, her self-esteem was knocked down too.

Tensie triumphed over her bullies by forcing herself out of her comfort zone. This eventually led her to meeting new people and significantly boosting her confidence and self-esteem.

If you’re being victimized by bullying, consider Tensie’s advice to "Tell someone sooner and know that it's okay to defend yourself."

Bullying, Inspiration, low self esteem, +1
