Whether you feel like dieing, like your life is meaningless, or if youre worthless, or just feeling so alone. It's okay, its okay to not be okay. You are not alone. So much of society has pressured people to hold onto vanity and superficial thoughts. about others. And about yourself. You cant help but compare your happiness and what could've been to theirs, And that's okay. It would be more surprising if you weren't already pressured to feel this way, considering how toxic the world can be at times, especially now. People forget that mental health exists, and depression is viewed as a taboo, so we bury it away and turn depression and jokes into memes and "mood" tweets.
That's why we have to go to sites like these to rant real feelings right?
You're not alone. So dont be afraid of telling those you know what you really feel, because you're scared of what they'll say and getting hurt. What you're doing now is already hurting yourself. Your family and friends may not seem like it, but I guarantee you that they all have experienced the feeling your feeling right now at one point. The person you view as your role model, I guarantee you they've felt what you have even if they seem like the happiest person in the world. Have a talk and you'll learn things about others andyourself, you never even knew. Including even those who seem like your biggest enemies. So do not doubt yourself or take others for granted. It's okay to be depressed, and it's okay to tell your loved ones if you need support. You will never be alone, whether it be a stranger from the internet or your lover. And I hope that you find a peace of mind, and pray that it not be through the methods of self harm. You are strong. You have lived until today, and you will live until tommorrow. It's okay to not be okay.
