I wish i could help..
Today at school I was walking to the halls, and I saw this girl walking past me with her face a little red and crying. She was walking quickly and I knew where...
For some people, medications can help to alleviate the symptoms but it's important to know that they don't treat the cause. The gold standard for treatment is the combination of medications and therapy.

ReplyI have terminal cancer. Right now, my treatment is working, so I am reasonably healthy. Every month I get two big ass needle shots and every day I take a pill as regular treatment.
Some days I get to thinking about disease progression and what’s going to happen when the treatment stops working, and I can’t explain the despair and panic. Ativan takes away those feelings. It kind of just makes you not care. So, yes, they work. They should not be abused though, and if your anxiety and depression can be treated with therapy, then you should do that.... I’m not in a position where any level of therapy can help me, because no one that isn’t dying is going to tell me I should be ok with dying.

Replythats what I've been wondering too :/
ReplyCelexa worked for my depression. Nothing has really helped with anxiety tho
ReplyI think you should see a therapist before you take any medication. Some have very severe side effects and some don't work at all. But it is important to treat the underlying condition. And maybe you don't need medication at all. I have been living with Bipolar Disorder for about 6 years. I live a perfectly normal life, with some therapy and medication. Just be careful, some medications are really addictive.
