that one time i felt the same, plus i got a haircut which made me feel even worse. the thing to remember is that no one cares. it's a little sad but it's very true. the people on the bus, at the street or wherever aren't aware of anyone but themselves. with that in mind, try to think of actions you could take to make yourself look more like what you'd ideally like to look like.

ReplyYou should work on your self-esteem. I know you feel your body is ugly and fat, but I'm sure people around you don't notice a single imperfection. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and we often judge ourselves too much. I'm sure you're beautiful.

ReplyYou might be disgusted of yourself, but I bet there's atleast one person out there that is attracted to you physically, even if you haven't met them or noticed. Trust me, I like this guy who all my friends think is very ugly and intimidating, but I think he's adorable with his smile and chubbiness and his pimples, honestly I could list more but I'll go off topic lol. What I'm trying to say is, is that even if 99% of the world thinks you're unattractive and disgusting, including you, there's that 1% that thinks you're attractive. Try to think of yourself as attractive, or, if you really want to, change yourself so then you're happier with your selfimage.
