Disabled
I know I am mentally "disabled" since I have severe anxiety (more than 1 type and all make daily life hard) and ADHD and now bipolar disorder, but as...
Toxic friends definitely take a toll on mental health, many times we don't even realise the level of exhaustion they put us through. The only way to get out of it is to be kind to yourself and take small steps away from them. Sure you can confront them, argue with them, tell them they are hurting you or manipulating you, but that sometimes furthers the chaos within you and doesn't add up to anything good. So for starters you have done well by not bottling up and venting your feelings, secondly, maybe you can distance with them in terms of interaction via social media followed by real life. ReplyI'd say adress the problem bring it up with her and if she does nothing to fix it and doesn't notice how her actions or words made you feel then end the frienship because having people like that in your life isn't good for anybody especially you.
