Overthinking
It can't be anything else other than overthinking
At every part of my life till now I've been wasted a lot of time overthinking
Overthinking about friendships, crushes, grades, stories, etc.
At times when I'm supposed to concentrate at my studies I sometimes just stare at the ceiling and think about weird unimportant stuff which takes away a lot of my time
How did I overcome this problem? (sometimes it turns annoying but must give it a shot)
So I basically set a timer for 5 minutes and start studying. When the timer goes off, I reset it for 5 more minutes and so on. If I was not paying attention to studies at the time when the timer goes off, I take a walk around my house otherwise it's good that I was focused and continues studying.
