Im thinking of giving up loosing weight. i was on a journey to loose 100 pounds, but i keep gaining and loosing the same 2 -4 pounds. I cant seem to break it. i lost 20 pounds but that took one yr . the doctor said he wont give me a dietician. I dont know what else to do. i exercise 4 times a week but this week was the first time in a yr and a half i didnt exercise except for one day . this is too hard! My main reason I was doing it because for my health.I want to be healthier. but exercising my butt off and im not seeing results. ive tried keto didnt even loose one pound on that. Now im on fitness pal for 65 days . and barely lost anything. I drink lots of water and I will tell you what i eat every day. breakfast- oatmeal every morning, lunch- salad that is 200 calories , dinner- protein and a vegetable ( i eat fish 4 times a week) lately i havent eaten any meat for dinner. just veggie pasta that is made up of zucchini and lentils. ( sorry if i spelled that wrong) .
I dont know what im doing wrong. i want to see results but im not. when i do cardio i walk 2 miles everytime. treadmill or outside. and weight train 3 times a week. 2 sets of 15 . just arms. i have a gym membership but i havent been in one yr because im scared. ( of covid)
should I give up? or just restart my exercise plan doing something else? Thanks for taking the time to read this.

hi girly keep doing what your doing drink a lot of water but you should also try wood therapy , my mother does that its her job . its basically sculpting your body and loosing fat , try to look around in your city or town if anyone does that. trust me it will make a big improvement ive seen before and after pictures and its incredible
