So, here is the story. I have written on here before saying i was on a journey to loose 100 pounds and my weight stayed the same for a while and i was frustrated. well I change the way i eat. The only carb I was eating was oatmeal, even though its healthy it was too much carbs. so i cut that out and I have lost 5 pounds in 4 days. im kinda on keto but not really. Your supposed to have 35 carbs and less but i do 75 carbs ( carbs in protein drinks and yogurt etc...) I do not eat bread ( never did) . I track my food on my fitness pal app. I supposed to have 1500 calories but end up with 1100-1300 calories a day. i drink lots of water added fruit to my diet. ( strawberries, kiwi, blueberries etc. ) no bananas. I wondering by monday how much i will loose. its only been 4 days since i cut oatmeal out of my diet.
According to keto ( dont quote me i dont know if im right) but you loose alot for the first 2 weeks and then you loose 2 pounds a week.
Yes i exercise. I do walking 3 to 4 days a week . ( treadmil) .
I used to weigh 250 and i weigh 226 . got a long way to go. but im excited to see how much i will loose in just 2 weeks. I kinda did this as an experiement to see if it works . and it did. i might do this until i get to my goal weight. which is 140.
the crazy thing is i have oatmeal stocked up in my house. because i ate oatmeal every morning. dont know what im going to do with it .
