I think I have a sleep problem. I'll sleep for 10+ hours a night yet wake up feeling tired and having to sleep more. Keep in mind that I do nothing high energetic during the day. I'm just always tired even if I sleep 15 hours (3 or 4 from naps). This is strange and bizarre because most people can function on 8 hours but I can't. I'm constantly feeling tired and don't accomplish anything, the past few days it has just gotten worse. I just want back control over my life and be able to complete tasks. I'm also young in my teenage years (15). So I practically spend my entire day sleeping. Please help ASAP!!!!!!! My parents complain I'm lazy but I'm just so tried my eyes keep switching and shutting down whenever I try to do anything.

Have you try setting an alarm?
Hmm, you can do some light exercise to have some energy and eat nutritious food.
I was like that particularly before. But I challenge and practice some routine.
Me, I feel sleepy even I'm just sitting especially on the bed.
ReplyGetting dizzy even after sleep can be a sign for weakness. Try fixing your diet. Eat at proper times and avoid fast food for a while. Avoid sleeping during the day. If things still dont work out kindly consult a doctor. Things will turn out to be good eventually. Good luck. ^ω^
ReplyThis sounds like something you should see a doctor for, the symptoms are very familiar. Look up 'low thyroid' and see if you can relate. It could also be anemia or some kind of blood/hormone disorder. If it's not medical, it could be mental health related. Overall I recommend you should try to document and write down all your symptoms and speak with a professional. Hopefully they can provide a diagnosis and a good plan to make you feel better.
Also, keep in mind that oversleeping will make you just as tired as not sleeping enough. You should plan on sleeping only 8 hours. If your symptoms persist, definitely get a doctor involved.
