Im so tired of having to accept everyone's anger times or bad attitude when it's not even my fault but it always seems to come out on me and i don't know what to do or how to Say that this is affecting me and making me uncomfortable nd scared...all my life my family had always projected there raging emotions, problems and anger issues whether it was by verbal or physical abuse on me..
and they never cared about how that impacted me..and I had to put up with it and suppress my own emotions cause there was no other choice for me ..
And that made me do this with everyone even toxic ppl cause putting up with anger to keep the peace is all i ever known.
It's really sad cause I've put up with so much sh*t in my life and was never able to stand up for myself.

ReplySeems like you are doing really well with a place to express yourself. Do you have friends to talk to and people to express yourself to? It’s good to surround yourself with good people and friends.
Strangers will do this, loved ones, friends and none of it will have anything to do with you. Now if it’s more then words and it’s turning into harassment or it’s threatening then you should speak with an adult or police.
