I've always had a problem with food.. Since I was young I always looked at myself in the mirror and never liked what I saw. It has been a challenge for me to lose weight and be pretty like those models we see everywhere. When I was 14, it was the first time I actually tried to stop eating for some time. I liked it. I wasn't regreting anything since I wasn't eating and the whole summer I thought I could finally lose some weight ! Unfortunetly, my parents realise what was going on and then kept watching me to make sure I was eating after that. Even thought I am now 18 years old. The thought of losing weight hasn't left my mind. I am not a big girl, but I'm not small either. I weight 145pounds and am 5'5. I have tried exercising but I always give up.. For the people like me, how do the people around you not realise when you stop eating ?
