I have a friend (who is a guy). we've been talking for like about 2 or 3 weeks not very long but we both really liked each other, but we do live in different states which isn't really a problem. Since we haven't been talking long we haven't really told each other about certain things in our past, but anyways, eventually we went on video game "dates" and he asked me out. not knowing that this would cause problems I said yes. and we acted like two little kids who started dating and it was great. but the next day he acted like he didn't really want to talk to me and out of nowhere broke up with me. of course not knowing if I did something wrong or if he just hated me I was heartbroken and acted poorly and made him just as upset as me because I felt like he deserved it, but he really didn't. he told me a few days ago that he was leaving social media for a little bit and hasn't been talking to me, but 2 days ago we did talk for a few minutes and I did apologize and we are still friends but he's still not talking to me but continues to post on social media. I'm starting to feel more and more guilty like he's still upset because of what I did and I'm starting to wonder if I should message him just to talk or leave him alone. I don't want to bother him but I don't know what I should do now. :(

You didn't do anything wrong dear. He is making the choice to distance himself. People will come and go in your life. I know that this hurts, but you have to move past it and meet someone new.
Can you imagine marrying a man like that? When things get too hard or have an argument too heated he just ups and leaves instead of communicating.
You might not see it right now but he is doing you a favour
