singleness in adulthood

Whom am I kidding. A girl like me is not his type. Generally, I am not the typeable girl, physically speaking. Hehe. Couldn't care less about it. I just wanted to be liked wholly by the person I like. But I think ..no, I am, not just I think, but I am, I am syncing it to me now, and I declare it, I would never pressume anyone I like, would like me back. And I declare, as much as possible, I will refrain myself from liking anyone too much. I will prioritize myself from now on, just as they do. I always forget this, but I claim I will remember this everytime I feel like sinking from my emotions of liking someone too much. If possible, I'll try to have zero crush, zero feelings. I think I only had like 2 crushes in my adulthood. Hehe. I sometimes wonder if I can live without loving, but I just can't never accept the hurt of holding to a love that is not mutual.

please don't give me that you'll find someone someday thing, i think i had enough of that. maybe tell me how can being adult with no relationship and never been into one, is a good thing. and how growing older and single is not wrong and why it is just fine. please just tell me i will be fine. please tell me why will i be fine. so i know how will i be fine. 🥺

sometimes i think humans are naturally born to love someone and able to be loved by that someone. if it is all about love, then how am i supposed to live opposing the human nature? i am envious to happy couples i see. i wonder how lovely would the feeling of being in love is? but never once i felt bitter or don't want them to see happily inlove. they are just so happy to look at, i always wish them well in my head. it's ironic i believe true love is true for others. but i don't believe true love is something that exists for myself. but that's just how it is. cus i don't want to believe into lies.

True love is a fairytale concept. But love exists. ❤️

I once read in The Bible that marriage isn't for everyone. People are happy alone. Hehe to you too.

I know a lot of people over 30 that are single, unattached. Same for over 40. Committed relationships aren't for everyone, and truth is: romantic love can be extremely fragile and very conditional. But, romantic love does exist... and generally, not always, but generally sparks when people who share time, space, chemistry and compatibility are around each other... whether that's doing hobbies together they enjoy, or taking trips and meeting someone with similar interests, or attending events such as concerts or volunteer runs. It's real, but takes the right mindset. On the flipside - nothing like living free as a bird, able to do as you please without needing to "check with someone". There's something for every taste. Best of luck.

Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.

    1 Thessalonians 5:11

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

    Mark 12:28-31

And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:

    Love God first and foremost.

Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.

From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.

Love...that powerful, invisible force that cannot be denied; even atheists live and die by it.
