do u know what it feels like when u are suddenly having anxiety and really really uncomfortable feeling, u wanted to talk to someone but theres no someone u can just talk to? i feel so unease right now fellows, what shouls i do? :(

There is over the counter medication for anxiety. Also, Duloxetine tablets are great for anxiety, but you need a prescription.

ReplyThis is way more common than you probably think! Your feelings are so valid. Just remember that they are just that thought - feelings. Our minds can become very very busy - a great technique I use is called noting (I believe). Do some deep breathing exercises and try to focus on your breath - as soon as you notice your thoughts racing or that you’ve become unfocused, just make a mental note of whether you became distracted by either a thought or a feeling. Then carry on attempting to focus on the breath. This teaches you that it’s okay to have these thoughts and accept them, acknowledge them, and move on without it feeling like a huge deal. The app headspace goes into this in a bit more detail in lots of their exercises- so I highly recommend that 😊 I was where you are a little while ago and I promise you it does get better
