I have always been the "sensitive" one. Everything and anything would bring me to tears as a child. As an adult, I just have this pain in my chest when I make a mistake or when think someone is or might be upset with me. I wasn't abused or neglected as a child but still, I struggle. Logically, I get that we all make mistakes and that I need to have compassion on myself. I also know I'm not alone in my struggles. Logic isn't the problem. How do I forgive myself and see these situations as opportunities to learn and grow?
