I think my friend is jealous of our marriages

So I have 3 friends, Anne, Brianna, and Katie. Anne, Brianna, and I are all married. Katie is engaged and getting married next month. We have this other friend, Vanessa. Vanessa is single and that is okay, but she is definitely jealous that we all are married or engaged. When Katie and her fiancé Brian announced that they got engaged, Vanessa told us that she has a long time boyfriend and that they also go engaged on that date. I asked who said fiancé was because I’ve never heard her mention her “fiancé” She said the name of one of my cousins I haven’t seen or talked to in ages. I texted him congrats on yours and Vanessa’s engagement. He texted me telling me that he had no clue what I was talking about. He asked me who Vanessa was and that he has been single this entire time. I texted Vanessa and asked her if she had a picture of the proposal. She sent a photo of her and some random man that looked nothing like my cousin. I sent a photo of my cousin and told her that’s him and screenshotted the image showing that it was from google. Last month we threw a part for Katie and Brian. It was just the bride, the groom, the bridesmaids, and the groomsmen. Vanessa observed every groomsman’s hand to see if there was a ring or not. Every groomsman except one was married and engaged. Vanessa flirted with the man that wasn’t and he told her he has a girlfriend and he immediately got away from her. She told me that that groomsman is her boyfriend and that they are getting married next week. I knew it was a lie, but I talked to that groomsman and he knew damn well that it was fake. She got over him. Anyway now let’s fast forward to this month. My husband and I, Brianna and her husband, Anne and her husband, and Katie and her fiancé were planning on going on a quadruple date. When Vanessa found out, she told us that she and her husband would be joining. We told her that we didn’t want to be her friend anymore and that she wasn’t invited. She had a ring on her finger. Brianna asked her when she got that ring and Vanessa lied that her husband gave it to her. She is also bragging about how she got Married before Katie and is treating Katie like shit. Anyway the four of us go out to dinner and then in the middle of the meal, Vanessa joins us by using another restaurant chair. We told her to get out and that this was for the four of us. She told us that her husband was going to join us. I asked her to send a picture from the wedding if she just got married. She told us that she didn’t want anything being photographed. Anne asked who her husband was. She said the name of a guy that went to our high school that I haven’t talked to in ages. Katie still us friends with that guy and has his number. Brianna asked Katie to text him congratulations on the wedding and to wish him and Vanessa a good marriage. We showed the response from her “husband.” Her “husband” is actually gay and that he doesnt remember who Vanessa is. She also lied about pregnancy. Anne has 2 kids and she is pregnant with her 3rd, I have 1 kid , and Brianna just announced that she and her husband are expecting a baby this month. Vanessa lied and said that her period was missing and she thinks that she is pregnant. She also lied that her “husband” has a kid and that she’s the step mother. She’s definitely jealous that all of us are engaged or married and that most of us, except for Katie, have kids or are pregnant. Katie officially told Vanessa that she is no longer going to be a bridesmaid and that she is not invited to the wedding.
