I started writing on this platform in December 2023 when I was going through extreme anxiety, stress and was panicking a lot. But after 1 week I stopped writing because I was feeling better but then January came and this time too I was panicking, stressing so I again started writing to make myself feel better. I often use the term 'hakuna matata' at the end to make myself feel better. I generally stress over my exams, test which happen every month and now I have figured out that it's my fear of exams which make me anxious. There are usually many thoughts in my mind when I am feeling anxious. I tend to overthink a lot which just stresses me more therefore I am thankful that I discovered this platform. It gave me chance to express my thoughts . Honestly whenever I write my thoughts here, I feel a load off my shoulder which is so relaxing. It calms my mind a lot. Also the positive feedback and advices I get in comments make me feel better and put my time to a better use rather than being stressed. Today I just felt like writing .
