Or following you to where you consider safe

Or pressuring you without a weapon

Or someone you have said yes to in the past

Maybe it looks like your worst nightmare

Sometimes it is a nightmare you can’t describe even to your best friends

Sometimes it is finding your words years later

Sometimes it is hating yourself

Sometimes it is blaming yourself

Sometimes it is thinking “if only this… then I would feel …. that”

Sometimes it’s all of the above

All the time it is not your fault

All the time your feelings are valid

All the time your story is valid

All the time…you can take your time in sharing or accepting …it happened

All the time you deserve love
