I didn't proofread this so please excuse any mistakes.
Something surreal happened last night. My brother came by to pick up some food I had made. It was soup, the container it was in was hot to the touch so I put it in a container with a handle. I met him outside late into the evening. He had a mask on and I could smell the sanitizer he was using. I put the food down on the ground six feet away and backed off while he waited before he stepped forward to take it.
We had found out that mum had gotten sick with Covid. He'd been with her for a while before she started showing symptoms so by extension, he was also a potential carrier. In a day or two we'll get the results, but even if he's not sick, he will be quarantining with mum to care for her. I'd love to be there for them, but I know I can't physically, the risks are too high. So instead I make things and deliver things to help them.
I felt some comfort throughout this whole situation knowing that so far, I haven't been personally affected by the Pandemic. It was so jarring knowing it hit me so quietly. Just a text saying mum had it too. I felt like I'd get through this unscathed like every other problem this year has brought to head and yet here I am. My only communication is through text or call.
I'm mentally preparing for the next few weeks and am hoping we'll get through this. I'm trying to stay positive. But I guess this is a wake up call. That the plot of my life doesnt exclude me from the problems of my setting. That my frame of mind isnt some all encompassing shield that will get me through the hurdles of the world around me. I dont have plot armour and not understanding this has lead to me being so ill prepared that I am panicking and kicking myself for not preparing.
I'm gonna be alone for a while. No brother to hang with nor any friends, but I've kinda gotten use to that. Kind of, I was use to small visits to family for that much needed break from isolation. But I have to be alone for the long haul now. It's a little terrifying if I'm being honest.
There's a lot on my mind recently. I'm really good at viewing the positives of a situation, but sometimes it's a bit harder to do so. This is definitely one of those times, but even in those darker times, I manage to get through it without doing this I guess. I'm giving in to the emotional side and posting because I'm scared and want someone else to tell me it'll be alright. I hear myself say ill get through this and im not believing it. Humor me please. Im human and that's ok right?

Love and stuff
I had a really bad heartbreak a while ago when i ended a relashionship after so many years . It's been absolutly so hard for me to deal with it but the thing is...
You are human and that’s more than alright. You’ll get through this
ReplyThank you. It really does mean a lot to hear it from someone else
ReplyTry to be positive, and eat immunity increasing food, for yourself and your family. Thats the only thing we can do now. Hope your mom and family gets better soon.
--@a4apple
ReplyThank you for the reply. It really helps. Hope you're alright wherever you are
Replyactually a few days back my sister had a few symptoms as well. But she is better now. It was just common cold and flu. so i know what you feel.
ReplyThat really must've been a scare. If someone coughs here, everyone loses it. It's like the end of the world. Anyway, I'm glad everything worked out and I hope you're staying safe
ReplyYeah we are talking all the safety measures and precautions.
How's you Mother now?? Is she getting somewhat better??
ReplyThat's good. Make sure to prep some soup in large batches and freeze them just in case.
My mum's ok. She's a bit stuffy nosed and stubborn but she's resting. She's a fighter. How's life for you? Hope its ok.
ReplySo far its good, hope it continues to be same. Hope the same for you and your family as well.
But its getting boring staying home all the time, there is nothing to do much at home.
ReplyWhat do you do?? How do you cope-up with this staying home thing?
Replyit's ok. Dont exactly stay home. I'm a Certified nursing assistant so I do leave during the night.
I dont cope as seamlessly as I'd like. I just take my situation and try to find any positives. Usually that means brute forcing positivity but for the ones I love, it matters lol maybe not the best way to do it
ReplyI just realised you commented twice. Sorry, I'll address both. So yes, it's good here. Still alive and thankfully I got over my fears and am steadfast again.
I know it is. I'd very much love to visit my friends or family but I mustnt.well i have a couple of hobbies I've been able to put my mind on lately. It's been nice I really think I'm getting better
ReplyHaving hobbies does help, but i dont have any such hobbies, all i do to pass my time is watch series and sleep.
ReplyIt really does. Not to brag, but I play a mean bass guitar lol. But I'd like to ask, do you have any aspirations or dreams? This could be a good segway into developing a healthy hobby
ReplyGuitar!!! I'm impressed. Don't be too modest of your talent. Once i had interest in Music when i was school, but them the life happened and all i focused on study, not that i excelled their too. But I still think of that. I was thinking of buying guitar or Piano and taking classes. But changed my mind later.
I also love running, it frees my mind of all things, but had to stop that cause i had some health issues, now i 'm thinking of starting again.
But I seriously need to find a hobby which i love and enjoy doing
and about aspirations and dreams, I've started working so the only free time i get is on weekend, and i'm all exhausted on weekends and dont feel like doing anything.
Also i'm kind of introvert, which also is a problem for me. but hey what can we say, its life and life happens to us all.
ReplyYes guitar lol I get that a lot. I know there's a psychological reason for why most people tend to look at me in awe when I play guitar. And dont worry, I'm definitely not trying to be too modest. I get that music isnt for everyone and that's totally ok, but if you dont mind me asking, why did you stop?
I workout everyday and going on runs is part of my workout routine but I'm gonna be hone set. Running is hard lol, I hate it sooo much but I know how it benefits so I suffer for that. Again, if you dont mind me asking, what health issues forced you to stop?
I get that, work is tough, especially now and it only gets crazier. I do hope you get some free time to figure things out. We all need time to unwind speaking of which, how do you unwind? No judgement whatever it may be.
I DON'T get that unfortunately, I've never been an introvert, I was a social butterfly. But there are definitely cons to both sides. What are the cons with being introvert? Again sorry if I'm prying
ReplyYes its true. There really is a psychological thing with Guitar. Even i feel that, with any guitar player. But its very cool that you play guitar, and its bass guitar. I think it has to do with how guitar players are shown in movies, tv and videos over the years. Which has led to all this phenomena with Guitar player.
Have you performed in front of audience, do you get stage fear and nervousness when you do play in front of large audiences.
the reason i stopped was, i had to focus on studies, and i was not interested in studying, which in result led me to do nothing.
Also sometimes if you are interested in something and if you are not encouraged by your near ones, and when they don't acknowledge this interest of yours, then after sometimes you loose interest in that thing due to lack of encouragement. This is what had happened with me.
Yes running does help in health, but i do love it, For me running is like NO PAIN NO GAIN kind of a thing. I always tried to include it in my workout, it gives you results instantly. After a run i feel like loosing some weight of my mind.
The reason i stopped running was cause I had stone problem, and when i ran it moved, which caused a lot of pain. Now i feel like if i run again it will move again.
ReplyWell I mean with women, I mean there is a certain psychological impact that happens when a women plays guitar well. I see it often and unfortunately I dont happen to have a problem with it. If that makes any sense
I have never played in front of any audience and I am terrified of doing so lol. I hope that answers that
So you stopped because of studying? That shouldn't be a problem right?
So what you're saying is that you need to feel verified by the ones you loved? I get that, encouragement by our loved one is probably a massive motivator for us. I'm sorry you had that lacking In your life. If you dont mind me asking, what did it prevent?
So you get some kind of motivation out of running, a sort of risk and reward kind of relationship? That's definitely a good motivator lol. It's nice to have some kind of benefit to hurting ourselves.
Stone problem? Explain.
Replyare you a part of some band, where you play guitar, or its just you learned as a hobby??
Replythe thing with work is, if you really love your work then you will not feel your work as tough and frustrating. but this is not the case with me, Whenever i feel like that, i see some series or movies online, which takes me away for my story to someone else's story, which takes my mind of other things even for a little while. I enjoy this.
Believe me if you are not an introvert then it is a blessing, you might see some cons to not being introverts but there are way too many pros to this, which ultimately negates those cons.
You are not prying on me being introvert. Its Okay. But for an introvert making conversation with people is very hard, for me all the things i wanna say to a person, i'll say those thing in my mind. Also not being able to speak out of your heart freely. these are few of many things which introverts like me feel and face.
How do you cone you being an extrovert or a "Butterfly" in your case. :P
Reply??
ReplyYou said you had a stone problem.
ReplyI have stone in my kidney.
ReplyYeah that is true. I mean if you truly care about the work you do, you'd suffer for it because it is something you enjoy. And I'd like to use some kind of med iij a to help me unwind, but I guess nothing has really caught my eye lately? Lol I only have Netflix which I hardly touch anyway. But I do get getting immersed in the stories these shores have on demand.
Well I mean, I'm sure I could find some positives to being introvert. Every likes the quiet girl right? The silent stranger that leaves an aura of mystery? Lol there's a lot of cool stuff about being introvert. Maybe my extroversion makes it hard to understand?
Making conversation is hard. Hm, how so? I'm honestly curious. What is the difficult part? Again I'm sure its because of my extroversion that I can't quite grasp what makes it difficult. I get that its specific for everyone and that we all have certain idiosyncrasies (my snarky way of saying tick) that affect how it happens.
How do I explain this. Being an extrovert is like being in a room full of people of whom asked you a single question and you feel excitment at the prospect of sharing your ideals and opinions with each of them in a way that challenges their point of views. Does that make any sense? I'm sorry if that sounds pompous and I'm happy to explain further.
ReplyYes it makes sense for you being and extrovert feeling that an introvert might have some advantage over few things, but i feel like every introvert sometimes feels like why is it so. if he could be free like you then it would made so many things simpler.
One example could be not able to share your feeling.
ReplyI dont have a band, it's more of just a hobby. It's very relaxing playing along to your favorite songs. The fact that I have an excuse not to leave gives me all the more reason to just blare music while I play along. It's fun for sure.
I feel that each mindset has pros and cons. Extroverts talk and just generally float around in gatherings taking in all the different personalities. It's great for meeting people, whether that be friends or squad mates for the night. Some downsides tho, you're never really sure who is a friend and who is gonna be gone when the sun comes up. You have this compulsion that prevents you from talking about yourself, so instead you talk about others and put there words before yours. I can't speak for all extroverts but this is what I understand based on my experiences.
As for introverts, I dunno. I hear that they enjoy time alone and are ok not being in big groups which I kinda understand. Sometimes I'd rather skip an event for some me time too, but I understand that this is a bit different for introverts. Here are some pros I see. You get to be more productive, you're less inclined to get into arguments like an extrovert since your not trying to make a point about something. You probably don't have a problem with the current state of the world. That must be nice.
As for the stone thing, have you had it checked by a doctor?
ReplyYeah, I had it checked with Doctor. I'm taking medicines for that.
what about you, what do you do?
ReplyOh good. Well I hope it's not too much trouble. I'm sorry that it affects your running.
What do I do? How do you mean
ReplyThanks!!!
I meant as in do you work or study or are you in college? or something else?
ReplyI work, I'm a CNA. Which means certified nursing assistant and I take care of the elderly. I'm not in college. How about yourself? What'd do you do?
ReplyThat's good, helping people and all.
I'm a computer science engineer. I work in a MNC as IT Engineer.
ReplyDang sounds fancy. How's that been as of late? Not entirely sure what much of that means unfortunately.
ReplyNot that fancy, believe me. I thought that too for a week when i joined this. but now its all boring. repeating all that again and again daily. there is no excitement and adventure in it. But what can I say it Pays the bills. But i'm trying to change the job for a while, trying a different company but not getting anywhere and now this covid happened which is also not helping.
ReplyYep. Thankfully jobs tend to do that. I take it you're not too fond of your current job? Is it just your occupation in general or was it with the company specifically? Ah yes, covid. Tell me about it.
ReplyWell, we can say company and occupation both are the reason for this, It is my first company and i had high expectation from how cool and nice it will be working with people and team, and the team wasn't so great, the mangers were playing their politics and and they had no regards for ethics and professionalism. Secondly the job is not challenging enough, its very boring and doing same stuff all the time. From last two weeks i'm literally forcing myself to work. These past two days are the worst. i really cant concentrate on my work. Simply put I'm frustrated with all this, and i'm tired physically and mentally working and this covid has made it worse, cant go out and meet people . When i was in office, i would leave all the worries of work once i left the office, but now its WFH then there is nothing to do except work in home.
You might be thinking how much i complain.
In this covid how do you work?? Do you still go to work?? cause you cant do WFH thing. Right??
ReplyWell at least you can choose between companies but I'm not so sure about occupation. If you can then great, do what fits you best
The Pandemic has really had a heck of an impact on everyone. So many things are up in the air right now and being cooped up at home doesn't help. Still we do what we must. Dont worry, when it's all over we'll have the rest of our lives to meet and socialize. Itll happen, just wait.
It's fine, we're on this site to be heard after all. You listened to me be vulnerable on my post and in turn I'm doing the same. Besides, being able to vent isnt a bad thing.
It's mostly the same. Way more strict with procedures and we have to wear ppe at almost all hours of work except when we eat or use the bathroom. It's a bit taxing mentally but I do what I do because I like my line of work.
ReplyWell i have a plan of changing the occupation, I plan to open a restaurant in future. till then i'll save some money for that.
Yes covid has impacted all of us. no one is left untouched by this. the only thing we can thank for now is that we have job, cause a friend of mine got fired cause of this, and the reason they gave to her is that she was under performing. Very bad it happened to her.
Thanks for listening to all my blabber.
It must be frustrating right?? Wearing PPE kit all the time continuously, even though they provide safety, they still give suffocation, some people have breathing and sweating problem cause of this.
one of my family member works in hospital as well, so i know what you must be going through.
Where are you from?
ReplyThat's some lofty goals there. I wouldn't even know where to start. Never been much of a leader.
That's not good. Hopefully she was able to file for unemployment.
Lol again it's no trouble. I'm always happy to lend an ear or shoulder. We need to help eachother out, more so now than ever.
Its frustrating but its become routine at this point. The way I see it, I suffer through some slight discomfort so the ones under my care dont have to. It's hard enough for everyone as is and I really dont mind taking extra steps to ensure their quality of life isnt impacted. But it definitely is so uncomfortable. Thank god for showers.
I heard its pretty rough in the hospitals. I can't even imagine the stress they must be going through.
I'm from Utah, would rather not say where exactly for obvious reasons. Its pretty warm here as of late. How about yourself?
ReplyFor me Opening a restaurant is not about being a leader, but having the ability to cook any food and eat and order anything without paying and worrying about other stuff, like when we do in restaurants.
About filing for Unemployment, there is not much facility here, even if someone files for that, the money they gave is not worth all the trouble someone will go to get that money.
Yeah Showers. :D :D
Well I'm from India, and its very hot here, this heat is killing me, sometimes it feels like the AC has given up against this heat. but from last week it has started to rain, so there is some relief, but its not raining as much it should.
ReplyI get that. Eating out is a nice change of pace and its usually nice to try something different. So satisfying people is something you like to do as well. Awesome! I hope you get to fulfill your dream sooner rather than later.
I'm sorry, I forget that more than US citizens are dealing with the world situation. I'm sorry, I hope theres some way your friend can get back on her feet. That's terrible.
Yes showers lol
Were currently having a heat wave as well around here. Luckily my ac works wonders and I live on my own. Stay hydrated over there, I'd hate for you to have a heat stroke.
ReplyYeah, lets cross the fingers for the restaurant.
Yeah she is fine for now, as her partner is working and earns, but she is till searching for the job. Bu ti think she will get it.
Its not the heat wave here but, every year the avg temp keeps increasing, cause of all this global warming and all, and there are less tree to absorb all this heat. Which is also a problem.
I used to live on my own too in different city there it was not this hot, but i've returned my home, cause of WFH and offices are closed.
So that's all.
ReplyYes let's.
Yeah that's good to hear. Hopefully he earns enough to get them thought this difficult time.
Oh ok, I always forget that global warming is a thing and that makes me part of the problem.
So you dont live in the city anymore because you have to work from home? That's unfortunate, I'd hate to lose my cozy little apartment.
What time is it for you there? Its 8 in the morning for me
ReplyYes he earns enough that's why i'm not that worried for her. but still its very hard for her.
how are you a part of global warming?
I mean i still live in a city, but it is not big as that city.
Here its 7.30 PM evening. Almost 8.
ReplyThat's a relief.
I'm part of the problem because I'm ignorant to the problem is what I was trying to say
Well that explains the weird schedule
ReplyOkay. But most of ty people on earth are ignorant of this, you alone are not to blame for this, even I act ignorant of this sometimes.
What weird schedule???
Also I'm curious you sleep late or woke up early. Cause you been replying from very early morning(Yours). It's not that I'm complaining, I appreciate the fast reply.
ReplyLol yes I'm aware that I'm not the only person responsible for global warming. But I understand what you're saying.
It's now 5 in the afternoon for me. I have work in a few hours. I was wondering why you were so active nearing the last few hours of my time awake I work nights so in a bit I need to shower and have some weird amalgamation of breakfast dinner.
I sleep during the day and wake up at night. Mostly, I usually wake up in late afternoons, between 4 and 6 which should be 3 and 5 in the morning for you. Lol you usually catch me on the last few hours of my day, as I'm getting ready for sleep. But it's no problem at all, I actually enjoy having a nice convo before I sleep.
ReplyI get over here whenever I get a chance, I also try to write here when there are small gaps of time when I'm working.
So yesterday in your early hours I was finishing my work, when we were talking.
It's 7.30 I'm morning here. Now I just woke up half an hour before,l. I'll have my tea now, I'm waiting on that. Then later around 10AM I'll start working again till 7 or 8 in the evening. I do take breaks in between, so it's not continuous seating on work.
So may be today also I might write here later in Afternoon or evening. That will be your super early in morning.
Yes I do enjoy our conversations here.🙂
ReplyYeah same. Work doesnt really allow for time to write, so whenever the chance comes up, I really get into it.
Yes, I was in bed curled up next to my charger when we talked.
Tea sounds nice. I've been out for a while and I dont get paid till next week. Looking forward to that, got a few things I'd like to get. You work longer than I do, I'm not envious lol but I'm sure the pay must be nice.
Whenever is fine, I always respond at some point so dont feel like you shouldn't comment. Productivity is the name of the game for me.
The feeling is mutual!
ReplyWell i write from my laptop, typing on mobile is very tiring for me. but in late chats i have to use mobile only.
Yeah tea is good, but i'm trying to quit, its very addictive..
What's on your wish list?? Since you are waiting for the salary day. My pay is not good. :(
I hope you also feel like me too, when someone doesn't reply to a conversation, then we feel like this is not complete, and it kind of irritates us.
You work night shift right?? I wanted to work at night shift for at least once. But only for few months. Does it bother you when working in night shift.???
ReplyI always use mobile. That's just how it is.
Tea can be addictive? I'd say no way but the fact that I'm longing for some is really telling. Is it bad?
Just some things for my place. Some posters, strings for my bass, a pasta roller, some incense. It's up in the air, but it's not anything important lol. I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully whatever job you procure next pays well and makes you happy.
I kinda see what you mean but at the same time, I usually wait for some indication that the conversation is over. So if I said take care, I did so thinking the conversation is over. But it irritates me as well on occasion.
Yes I do work night shift. It's like day shift but quieter and darker. Thankfully, a lot of residents are asleep and all I really have to do is check on them and record their vitals. Every now and again they'll need the bathroom or just wanna talk and that's fine with me. It doesnt bother me, if anything it's a lot more peaceful than day shift. Dont get me wrong, I'd still happily do my job during the hectic day time but its different at night. They're calm and sleeping so peacefully. Its like the problems of age dont affect sleep and it's so nice to see them rest. I like it lol hope that doesn't make me creepy.
ReplyYes tea can be addictive. It not bad like it will affect your health. But its like caffeine, if you don't get it every morning or evening. your whole day will feel incomplete. But that's how i feel.
What's our poison??
Well i'm trying to get more than twice what i earn now, from my next job.
Yes working in night is very peaceful and nice free. I think occasional night shifts are make people more productive. No it snot creepy at all. In-fact I feel if old people are this peaceful then they are in good condition. Cause people on old age rarely get any peace.
ReplyI like a nice cup of tea at the end of my day. Helps me unwind after a long days work. Nothing better
Personally for me itd be coffee. After I wake, all I need is a cup and I'm set. Its cliche I know
I'm rooting for you!
I know night shifts aren't for everyone. My coworkers loathe night shifts. And yes, seeing them sleep is so refreshing. They can be really chatty when they're awake and some of them I adore oh so much but it's nice to see them in such a peaceful state.
ReplyTea is Good. But just a quick question, How do you take your tea, with milk/cream? Or Just boiled hot tea?
Cause if its just boiled tea then you are missing a lot.
ReplyI like coffee too but not everyone can make a good coffee.
ReplyMy tea is as basic as it gets, just boiled with a drop of honey. I've heard about having it with milk yet I've never actually had it. I guess I am missing out lol
My coffee is just folgers lol again my coffee is as basic as it gets.
ReplyI can help you with your tea problem, if you want i can tel you how to make tea. You will love it believe me.
I have this habit of judging tea vendors. If they can pass my test i'll have my tea from them regularly.
During my office breaks, there were many tea stall nearby. And my friends used to ask if that stall is worthy of trying and one or two were there which meet my expectations.
I can also make a good coffee and i take my coffee with milk only. I don't like espresso or plain coffee.
ReplyThat would great, I'd love to try it out.
It seems you know your tea very well, I'd ask for a recommendation but I dont think that would translate well.
I drink mine plain, I'm not a fan of the taste but it really does help perk me up in the morning. So milk would help?
Replyits okay if you don't feel trying new kind of tea.
Quick recipe for Milk tea.
1. Boil one hand half cup of water with one spoon of tea leaves/tea, cardamon seeds form two cloves, add half inch of beated ginger. boil all this for 5 mins
2. Then add milk and let it cook or heat for another 5 min or until it boils, then add one small spoon of sugar, or one cube of sugar when boiling. And then filter it and server.
and you have great tea.
Lemon Tea:
1. Boil one hand half cup of water with one spoon of tea leaves/tea, cardamon seeds form two cloves, add half inch of beatted ginger. boil all this for 5-7 mins.
2. Filter it and then add squeezed half lemon juice and enjoy
ReplyThank you much. Payday is right around the corner so I'd be happy to try this out.
ReplyThat's the spirit.👍😁
What else is happening over there?
ReplyThe sun is coming through the window and I have an incense lit. I'm listening to music just waiting for the sleepiness to finally hit. How about yourself
ReplyWell here sun is about to set and i'm just finishing up on my work in an hour or so. Also having some evening snacks With tea.
What kind of music do yo listen?
ReplyI'll say hello to the sun for you.
I'm not sure how to encompass all of my music likes and dislikes, but anything with guitar is nice. How about yourself
ReplyAnd I'll say GoodBye.
I don't have any preference to any kind of music, anything which feels good inside is a good music for me. I done ever pay attention to any lyrics, but the composition and music and rhythm. and that's all there is for me in Music.
ReplyHm, I guess if I had to deconstruct it, I'd say that a full band is my preferred type of music, the lyrics are also important to me as well. Anything with a story
ReplyNice.
ReplyThank you much. I'm sorry I can't offer much in the form of conversation. Can I ask you a favor?
ReplyYeah sure ask away.
ReplyIf you have a moment, would you mind looking at two of my posts? I didn't get any replies on them and I'd like an opinion. If that's not too much then thank you and you're welcome to decline if you want, I dont judge
ReplyI don't mind having a look. Just tell me what is the title of those posts.
I just finished my work. Had some issues at last moment in work. So that just got resolved. And I'm done for the day.
ReplyI'll post the links. Thank you, it means a lot.
I hope I wasn't interrupting or anything like that. I'm sorry, I know you mentioned that you work and I didn't account for that. That's my fault.

Here's my posts. I hope I'm not being a bother, so let me know if I am. It's no problem
ReplyIt's not a problem, I like talking to you so it's not a bother at all infact I'm loving our conversation. And like what you write.
I'll check those post now.
ReplyWell that makes me feel better. I was worried my crap conversation skills were bumming you out. I'm happy to know that's not the case. Thank you, I take pride in what I write.
Thank you. I really do appreciate it
ReplyI hope I'm making our conversation as much interesting for you as well, as they are for me.
ReplyI just saw one of those posts.
You have been writing here for over a year????
ReplyLol I've been here a bit longer than that. Why? Surprised?
ReplyYeah I was surprised, I thought people write here for over a month or so, then get bored and leave. But I'm glad to see you on not giving up on this.
ReplyWhy would I? It's so therapeutic to help others and know what you do helps them positively. I dont mind coming here because I know I'll leave happy
ReplyYes that is true, but on some posts I don't like writing, I feel I might not be able provide ba valid or proper suggestion and comments.
But I'm glad you are here for over a year. In some sense you might have more insight into what people feel and think.
ReplyAm I keeping you from sleeping because of our conversation. I know it's your sleeping time.
ReplyI know the feeling. It hits home for me..
Well I can say for certain I'm not the person I use to be. I've definitely grown since the last then
I'm keeping me from sleeping. I can't seem to put my phone down lol
ReplyEarlier TV was called idiot Box, now they have been replaced by this phone. Even though they are smartphone. But sometimes they take too much from us.
I think you should keep that phone down and try to get some sleep, before your sleeping time is over.
How long do you sleep.
You don't have to answer this if you don't want to.
ReplyYes but they provide us with so much. All the information we could want at our fingertips.
Its nice you're worried, but I'll be fine. I've lived my whole life with this, I think I'll be able to survive another night. Besides, insomnia doesnt care about me.
I usually sleep for six hours.
Luckily for you, I want to
ReplyHaha😁
I sleep more than 6 hrs, let's just leave at that. I won't like going into exact no.😛
ReplyI've seen your second post too.
I think i wrote more on that post then what you wrote there.😀😁
ReplyI pushed myself a little too much last night. Sorry, I fell asleep.
Thank you for commenting on my posts. Those were during two separate times of my life. I wanted an opinion on them since that was me before. Time flies hub
ReplyIt was your time to sleep, no need for any sorry.
I'm glad I could help.
What was that post about in real??
ReplyWhat do you mean?
ReplyI mean what was the context. Are those friends of you trying or saying something to you or it was just a feeling when you were drinking.
ReplyWell I did write it while drunk so I'm assuming that that is what I though while drunk so yeah, you could say that it was a feeling I had while drunk.
ReplyBased on what you've posted here, you know exactly what to think, how to think, what to do and what not and understand how you feel too. Keep doing what you're doing. We wobble sometimes only because we have shifted our focus of our attention on thoughts that do not serve us and to the stories that we add to them. We tend to overthink sometimes.
It takes practice to focus on good thoughts for good things, situations and people to manifest. Negative emotions like fear arise from negative thoughts. It's just warning you to go back to thinking positive thoughts.
And yes you are so normal...so human :)
ReplyYeah, I get caught in the loop of thinking about a situation more intensely than I really should. Evidently, I suffered for it. I need to remind myself that sometimes, it pays to ignore the growing thoughts.
And you're absolutely right. I do try to ignore them but I let the negative come to a head and the result was this, lost afraid. I feel I've gotten a grasp on my mindset now but I wont like, I really was terrified.
Thank you! Oh so much, you're thoughtful response means so much. Thank you again and yes, I'm only human. I got to understand that I do need a hand sometimes. Stay safe wherever you are
ReplyThank you you too.
